Our Mission

Our mission is to help St. Louis Hills residents navigate Missouri's medical cannabis program with information that is straightforward, useful, and connected to the community they call home.

St. Louis Hills developed largely as a residential neighborhood in southwest St. Louis, with tree-lined streets, brick homes, commercial corridors, and prominent green spaces such as Francis Park and Willmore Park shaping its identity.

We want patients to understand each stage of the process, from the initial medical evaluation through state registration, without having to sort through confusing or unrelated information.

Who We Are

Our service supports both new and returning Missouri medical cannabis patients who may need assistance understanding certification, renewal, cultivation, caregiver requirements, minor-patient rules, or telemedicine.

St. Louis Hills experienced much of its major residential development during the twentieth century after developer Cyrus Crane Willmore began advancing plans for the area in the 1920s. Today, its established residential character and commercial activity along Hampton and Chippewa help distinguish the neighborhood from other parts of St. Louis.

Our Commitment

Straightforward Patient Guidance: We present the certification and registration process in a clear sequence so patients know what to expect at each stage.

Respect for Patient Privacy: Medical and personal information should be handled appropriately throughout the evaluation and certification process.

Missouri-Specific Information: Our guidance focuses on the requirements that apply to Missouri medical cannabis patients rather than using procedures from another state.

Individual Patient Support: First-time applicants, renewing patients, caregivers, cultivation applicants, and parents assisting minors may each require different information.

Clear Next Steps: Medical certification does not complete registration. Patients must still file the Missouri application, provide the required information, pay the applicable fee, and receive state approval.

Joining Hands with the Community

St. Louis Hills is closely associated with its residential streets and public green spaces, particularly Francis Park and Willmore Park.

Francis Park occupies roughly 60 acres in the heart of the neighborhood and includes recreational facilities for activities such as tennis, pickleball, soccer, softball, handball, and playground use. Willmore Park provides another large recreational area on the neighborhood's southwest side.

Medical cannabis education should include more than instructions for obtaining a patient identification card.

Patients should also understand Missouri's requirements for purchasing, possession, cultivation, public use, and impaired driving. Missouri does not permit public marijuana consumption, and medical patient status does not allow a person to drive or operate a vehicle while under the influence of marijuana.

Our Vision

We want St. Louis Hills residents to have medical cannabis information that is locally relevant, understandable, and consistent with Missouri's regulated program.

From a patient's first evaluation through application, approval, and eventual renewal, each stage should be clear enough that the individual knows what has been completed and what remains.

Our long-term goal is to reduce unnecessary confusion while encouraging responsible participation in Missouri's medical cannabis system.
